Microneedling (aka collagen-induction therapy) is a non-surgical procedure where tiny needles penetrate the skin surface in order to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Just as acupuncture (the insertion of fine-needles into the skin) stimulates a healing Qi response, microneedling uses controlled micro-trauma at the skin surface to stimulate the body's innate healing response, creating structural and cosmetic changes.
The treatment, usually done monthly for 4-6 sessions, can smooth fine lines and wrinkles, tighten the skin, even skin tone (including age spots, melasma, and acne scarring), refine enlarged pores, and fade stretch marks.
Microneedling is minimally invasive, has a recovery time usually less than 24 hours, and results can last years.

You can think of microneedling as aerating your lawn: poking tiny holes in your grass to help it become more porous and absorb nutrients. What you choose to use during and between your MN treatments is critical, as serums are absorbed at an increased rate of 2000%! We use only all natural, chemical-free serums made with traditional Chinese herbs. Swiss Apple Stem Cell Serum is used in each treatment to maximize your skin's own collagen production. Skin rejuvenation is tailored to your skin type, age, and personal treatment goals with the individualized selection of topicals. You will be sent home with a sample of your serum, and larger quantities are available for purchase.
Included: LED Red Light Therapy
LED light therapy is included with each microneedling treatment. It is thought to enhance mitochondrial efficiency, and is best used prior to treatment. This allows areas micro-damaged by the needles to heal more effectively. The red light will boost collagen production and enhance the skin rejuvenating effect of the microneedling treatment, while yellow light is available for skin redness/pigrmentation, and blue light is available for acne/anti-bacterial/injury recovery.

Nanoneedling uses far more--yet much smaller--needles to create an exfoliating effect on the skin, and can reach delicate areas that the micro-needles cannot. You will get nanoneedling with each microneedling service, and have the option add additional treatments + serums weekly between MN visits.
